“The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
– 2 Timothy 2:2 (NASB)
e-manet is a journal about the Bible and theology that is prepared in Turkish in the country of Turkey and offered free of charge to the leaders of the Turkish church. It is a publication of the Anatolian Christian Community.
e-manet is meant to be a tool to effect the process described in 2 Timothy 2:2. We seek to equip the Turkish leaders of today who will be training up the leaders of tomorrow.
The main goal of this journal is two-fold: maturity and ministry.
We have two basic values: high quality content and usefulness to the reader.
It is vitally important for church leaders to learn critical thinking as well how to express those thoughts. They must learn to be lovingly tolerant of divergent theological views and be able to evaluate said views from a biblical perspective. We hope that this journal will be a forum containing just such a constructive atmosphere. In order for emanet to be effective, we need to hear our readers' responses, desires and criticism. You can write these to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Because e-manet is prepared in Turkish for Turkish-speakers, all articles on this site are only available in that language. The interface has been translated for your convenience. If an article has been translated from another language, there will be a citation of the original source at the end of the article that you can use to access that language.
e-manet is distributed in PDF format. In order to view the journal, you may have to install third-party software, such as Xodo Reader.
